SAINT JOHN – The Saint John Sea Dogs are recruiting billet families for the 2017-18 season, including training camp.
Billet families can house up to two players from the start of training camp in mid-August through the team’s final game of the season. Billets are called upon to provide more than just a bed to sleep in – they are a home-away-from-home, and play a key role in ensuring a player’s success both on and off the ice.
Billet families also receive season tickets, grocery money, invitations to exclusive team events and more. Families often develop lifelong relationships with the players they billet.
The Sea Dogs are widely recognized as having one of the best billet family programs in the Canadian Hockey League.
Families must meet certain criteria to be considered as billets. Learn more about becoming a billet family HERE.
If you are interested in becoming a billet, please contact the Sea Dogs Administration Office at (506) 657-DOGS (3647) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
