STATEMENT FROM SEA DOGS FORWARD JULIEN GAUTHIER

BOISBRIAND, QC – Saint John Sea Dogs forward Julien Gauthier released the following statement regarding a two-game suspension assessed to him by the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

“I am disappointed I will not be able to play the next two games,” Gauthier began. “I will be working hard this week, and doing everything I can to be ready for my next opportunity to be back in the lineup.”

There will be no further comment from Gauthier nor the Sea Dogs organization.

Game 3 of the Rogers President Cup is Tuesday, May 9th, at 8:30 p.m. (Atlantic Time) at Centre d’Excellence Sports Rousseau in Boisbriand, Quebec.
